Vintage 90s Ulterior Motives neon beach romper marked size medium. 100% rayon. Made in India. Seems to fit true to size. Can also fit size small if you wanna wear it baggy. Has side pockets on each hip. You can kind of adjust the fit by moving the scrunchies around. Classic! Good lookin. Great summer piece.
Pre owned, shows general wear. Overall good condition. Does have some fraying/small holes crotch. I don’t see any stains. Some stray threads on the front seam. See pics.
