    Description

    This auction is for one antique hardware pull. My father found the hardware pull while searching around an old home for civil war artifacts. He found the hardware pull sometime in the 1970's or early 1980's. I am do not know what the pull is made from or what it came off of.
    My father was an avid historian. He studied the civil war. Many times he would get permission to search for artifacts around old homes or barns. This was found on one of his many excursions to Eastern North Carolina. I do not know if this piece was actually from the civil war or post civil war era. There are no markings to identify.
    I am selling the item for my mom who has come to live with us due to the onset of dementia. All proceeds go back to my mom for her use and care.
