Antique Leather Doctor's Bag Pouch W/ Tongue Depressor Large Medicine

This is an antique leather Military Doctor's Medicine bag and tongue depressor.
LARGE sized: 17 1/4" x 9 1/2" x 12 3/4".
NO key.
Overall nice condition, but one side is concaved, it pops back out when you push on it, but won't stay out consistently.
Hardware works.
Sturdy handle.
Leather has cracks in areas, see photo.
Inside lining is very nice condition.
UNION MADE USA.
Possibly military?
Says "19" and "425" on bottom.
Six metal round feet on the bottom.
Includes this antique tongue depressor that was in the bag when I found it.
