    Nice Victorian swivel double side hair mourning brooch. One side has hair and the other has black enamel with a garnet in the center. Black enamel decorates around the sides. Clasp holds securely. Not sure if there was another piece to the front where it swivels. It appears that there wasn't anything missing (see photos).
