We have 128 panels and roughly 20 spare modules in the Unilumin system.  This system was intended to build two (2) 9'x16' screens, and includes hanging/ground hardware, data and power cables, processing, and ground support bars. Each panel is 192x192 pixels and weighs roughly 20 pounds. A 9'x16' wall offers 1920x1152 resolution, which exceeds 1080p HD. This system allows you to do curved builds, and the modules are front serviceable for quick repairs on set.
